MBA Program of Minzu University of China

Minzu University of China is one of the national key universities that have been selected to directly receive funding from Project 211 and Project 985. The university has ten disciplines: philosophy, law, economics, management, literature, history, education, science, engineering and medicine. The university is located at Zhongguancun South Street, Haidian District of Beijing, adjacent to the National Library and Purple Bamboo Park.

The university’s MBA Program has the following research directions: strategic management, human resources management, accounting, financial management (capital operation), logistic management, tourism management and marketing. The program is dedicated to cultivate high level business administration talent, aspiring that they have leadership, sense of innovation, entrepreneurship and international perspectives, as well as systematic management knowledge and professional skills.

Teaching resources networking is available all over the university, and the modern teaching buildings can also be accessed to wireless internet. Network synchronizing teaching method can be used to some courses. Take advantage of the national 211 and 985 projects, the university has established the Management case study center, Case discussing room, Simulation laboratory and reference room for the MBA Program.

All the MBA core courses of the Minzu University are given by senior professors; most of them have a Ph.D. or experience of studying abroad and rich management practices. In addition, the MBA Program also invites many domestic renowned entrepreneurs and foreign teachers to be part time or visiting professors.

Taking advantage of the platform of the national Project 211 and Project 985, the university has founded 18 teaching and researching bases in Beijing, Guangxi, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and other places; also formed good cooperative relations with IBM, ChemChina, Sinograin and other famous companies from both China and abroad, providing adequate opportunities for MBA students to have social practice. The university also set up a Career development center and a complete set of career development system, so as to provide a lifetime help and guidance for the study, employment and career development of students. In addition, internationalization is another feature of the MBA Program of the University. The university has good cooperation and communication with many foreign universities such as Harvard, Duke, St. Thomas universities, and universities of Minnesota, South California, Hawaii, South Carolina and State University of New York. This has laid a solid foundation for the program to build its internationalized MBA education program.

The MBA Program was founded based on the rich cultural heritage of the Minzu University, has extensive international vision and exchanges. It adheres to the strategic thinking of brand creating, providing profound and professional knowledge of business administration and skills for students, so that they can handle and manage modern organizations.
